Did you know: If you completed a virtual IRWA course, you have 10 days to request CE credit for TREC, TALCB, or ERW. 

• TREC         – Texas Real Estate Commission - Continuing Education (CE) only.
• TREC-ERW – Texas Real Estate Commission-Easement Right of Way Agent - Continuing Education (CE) and Qualifying Education (QE).
• TALCB        –Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board - Continuing Education (CE Only)

Good news.  Click the button below to submit CE Approval request to IRWA Region 2 Education Chair.

NOTE: CE Request now includes support to the TREC-ERW (Easement Right of Way Agents) CE or QE Credits.
